From Denver International Airport take Pena Boulevard Freeway until it become I-70 West. Take I-70 West 108 miles to Vail exit #176. Enter the roundabout and proceed West on the N. Frontage Road toward West Vail. Go .8 of a mile and turn right in to the Sun Vail parking lot after you pass under the footbridge. The check-in office is located on the parking lot level.

From Eagle County/Vail Airport turn right at US Highway 6. Go East toward the town of Eagle. Follow the signs to I-70 and proceed East 30 miles. Exit at the main Vail exit #176. Follow the roundabout under the freeway to the N. Frontage Road toward West Vail. Go .8 of a mile and turn right in to the Sun Vail parking lot after you pass under the footbridge. The check-in office is located on the parking lot level. Welcome to Vail.

BABY SUPPLY RENTAL:  Please contact Babys Away at (800) 369-9030 to arrange for rental delivery and pick up of cribs, high chairs play pens, etc.  Advance reservations are required.

CANCELLATION:  Winter policy:  More than 30 days advance notice, there will be a $250 handling fee.  Less than 30 days notice is non-refundable.  Summer policy:  More than 15 days advance notice, there will be a $75 handling fee.  Less than 15 days notice is non-refundable. We recommend Travel Insurance.

CHECK-IN:  Registration for all properties is at the Vail Resort Rentals office located at Sun Vail Condominiums, 635 N. Frontage Rd W.#1, Vail, Colorado.
Check-in time is 4 pm; Check-out time is 10 am.
  Early check-ins and late departures can be requested.

FINAL PAYMENT:  Full payment for all reservations must be received 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.   Non payment may cause your reservation to be cancelled. We will process your final payment automatically if we have your credit card on file. Please send a check for final payment or give us a different credit card if you desire, prior to your scheduled payment date.

GROCERIES:  City Market and Safeway grocery supermarkets are located in West Vail on the North Frontage Road.  If you would like groceries delivered please contact Ski Country Grocer. Use promo code VRR save $5.

HOUSEKEEPING:  Your accommodations will be equipped with towels and bed linen. Housekeeping is provided mid-week on stays of five days or longer when renting nightly. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional fee.

LATE ARRIVAL:  If you arrive after normal office hours, your welcome packet will be in the arrival lockbox located by the front office door. The code to the lockbox will be in the top part of your final confirmation. Please bring it with you. Your welcome packet will include a key and directions to your accommodations.  You must visit the office the next morning to complete your registration and recieve additional keys.

PERSONS IN YOUR PARTY:  Occupancy is limited to the persons registered.  Only two people are allowed per number of bedrooms per unit.  Up to two additional people may be added to some accommodations at a cost of $30 per person per night.  Children under the age of five are free.

PETS:  Absolutely, NO PETS.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  Credit card information and pre-authorization is required for all guests at check-in.

UNIT AND PHONE NUMBER ASSIGNMENT:  For your convenience, the unit assignment and the telephone number to your vacation rental are available 24 hours prior to your arrival. Please call the office if you would like this information when it is available. Please note, however, that unit and phone number assignments are subject to change without notice, up to and including the day of arrival.
